LILLILYLASHES PROCESSES ORDERS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING MAJOR CANADIAN HOLIDAYS. ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE. ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is between 2-5 business days.

US SHIPPING

US orders are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is between 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. International orders are required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees and duties.*Varies depending on shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

LILLILYLASHES is not responsible for additional customs charges. Any import taxes or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

LILLILYLASHES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you will have the most current information regarding your package. 

Return and Refund Policy 

All sales are final, no refund or exchanges. All LilLilyLashes products are kept in a sterile sanitary environment at perfect temperature and humidity for the best function. Please ensure all your products are ordered correctly, we are only able to make changes to the parcels before they are shipped out, we are not able to accept any product back after it has left our facility! Client safety and product hygiene is our priority.

All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving LilLilyLashes warehouse. Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and goods must be examined upon receipt and noted on the bill of landing.
